Hellesøy Verft has written a third contract for a supply vessel with the Austevoll Shipowner Solvik Offshore III. The ship will get YardNumber 146. The ship is due to be delivered in August 2009. Click here for full press release in Norwegian.

Hellesøy Verft has written a second contract for a supply vessel with the Austevoll Shipowner Solvik Offshore II. The ship will get YardNumber 145. The ship is due to be delivered in January 2009. Click here for full press release in Norwegian.

New consultant

Åsmund Hellesøy from Fjordconsult has been hired to be the project manager of Ynr. 144. He is an experienced engineer with references from a.o. Flensburger Shipyard and FMC Kongsberg. He will be the main point of contact for most issues regarding the ship.

Shipbuilding Contract

Hellesøy Verft has signed a contract for delivering an offshore supply vessel (see picture) to Solvik Offshore K/S. This will be our YardNumber 144. The hull is presently under construction at Istanbul Shipyard in Turkey.
